Bruce received a B.S. degree from Edinboro University in 1994 and joined the Firm that year. He was llicensed as a CPA in 1997, and was appointed to the position of Manager in 2006. He serves on the Board of the Meadville Area YMCA.

He works mostly in the auditing and accounting area, with a concentration in auditing nonprofit organizations and governmental entities. He is experienced in preparation of 990's and State Charitable Registrations for non profit organizations.
