Dean R. Fair graduated from Westminster College with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Accounting. He became a Certified Public Accountant in Pennsylvania more than 20 years ago. He is also licensed in the State of New York. He is currently the Managing Partner of the firm.
Dean specializes in auditing and business consultation. His clients include manufacturing business with as much as $135,000,000 in sales. He services many accounts in the Manufacturing and Distribution niche, and he has extensive experience with Tool and Die and Plastic Molding businesses.

Community Service
Dean's involvement in community affairs includes being pastTreasurer for the
Association of Retarded Citizens of Crawford County, past Chairman of
Crawford County Mental Health and Mental Retardation, past Financial Secretary of
the Meadville Country Club, and past Treasurer of VNA of Crawford County. He is a
a former Trustee of the First Presbyterian Church. Currently Dean serves on
the Finance Committee of the Meadville Medical Center and on the Board of
Directors of the Allegheny Mutual Insurance Company.
