Bruce graduated from Edinboro University in 1994 with a Bachelors degree in Accounting. He associated with McGill, Power, Bell & Associates, LLP in 1994 and became a Certified Public Accountant in 1997. He was appointed a Manager in 2006. His expertise is in the area of auditing and accounting, specifically Nonprofit and Governmental entities. He is a member of the firm’s Quality Control Committee and Nonprofit and Governmental Services Group.
