Education, Employment, and Professional Experience
John E. Litzinger graduated from the University of Alaska with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. He became a Certified Public Accountant in Alaska in 1974 and in Pennsylvania in 1975. He associated with Bell & Company, a predecessor firm, in 1975 and has been a Partner for over 25 years.
His areas of specialization are taxes and information technology consulting. He manages the firm's information technology committee, and has provided information technology consulting and software support services to many clients throughout the firm's service area. He has specialized experience with residential care facilities, as well as other non-profit organizations. John is familiar with the needs of clients in the restaurant, professional services, transportation and manufacturing niches.

Community Service
John is a past President and Treasurer of the Meadville Rotary Club and the
Crawford County Estate Planning Council. He is a member of the Meadville
Country Club and served on its Golf Committee. He is a past President of the
Crawford County Literacy Council and past Treasurer of the Crawford County
Youth Hockey Association. John served as
the Treasurer of the Meadville Area Chamber of Commerce for six years, and
he currently serves on the Board of the Country Club in Meadville.
