Debbie has been a Manager for McGill, Power, Bell & Associates, LLP since 1986. She is a member of the Firm's Nonprofit Services Group and its Manufacturing Services Group. Debbie is a current board member of the ARC, Crawford County Development Corporation, and the NW PA Chapter of the NTMA. She is a current member of the Kiwanis Club of Meadville, Meadville's Professional and Business Women's Organization and the Zonta Club of Meadville. She has served as past Director and Officer of the Meadville Area Chamber of Commerce and Big Brothers and Sisters of Crawford County. |

Accreditation and Specialization
Debbie has provided consulting services to the
Redevelopment Authority of the City of Meadville, the Crawford County
Development Corporation Group and the Meadville Area Industrial Commission
for an extended period of time. All of these organizations have been
engaged in real estate rental operations, revolving loan programs, and the
administration of EDA, ARC, DCED and USDA grants. Debbie was involved with
the establishment of the multiple entities organized under the Crawford
County Development Corporation Group, and most recently implemented the
non-profit accounting software Micro Information Products, Inc. She is a
member of the Firm's Nonprofit Services Group and its Manufacturing
Services Group. She also specializes in
accounting software consulting.
