| Bob has been a Partner for over 30 years He serves on the Business Valuation and Legal Services Task Force of PKF/NAN, an international association of accounting firms. He is a Past President of the Northwest Chapter of the PICPA, is a member of its Committee on Forensic and Litigation Services, and also is a past member of the Professional Ethics Committee of the PICPA. He has been a member of the PICPA Council, the Organization's governing body, and of its Executive Committee. He is a past Chairman of the Pennsylvania State Board of Accountancy. |

Bob is accredited by the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts as a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA). He is certified by the AICPA as Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV), and was in the group of the first CPA's to receive this accreditation. He is also a member of the Association for Insolvency Accountants. Recently, he received accreditation as a Certified Specialist in Management Consulting. (CSMC).
He specializes in business valuations and litigation services, as well as the related area of management consulting. He has served as an expert witness on many occasions.
