John C. Stillwaggon became a Partner in the Grove City Office in 2004. Prior to joining McGill, Power, Bell & Associates, LLP, John was a Manager with a Big Four accounting firm and a Partner with a regional firm in Pennsylvania. He is a Past member of the Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA), in which he served as a member of the Executive Committee of the Central Pennsylvania Chapter of GFOA and the Special Review Committee for Excellence in Financial Reporting at the national level. He is also a Member of the Institute of Management Accountants, having served as President of the Harrisburg Chapter and as a member of the National Board of Directors

He is a Certified Government Finance Manager.
He has devoted his career to
serving Nonprofit organizations and governmental entities. He manages the Firm's Nonprofit Services
Group and is the Chairman of its Marketing Committee.
